What does concierge planning include?
Planning can include ship and suite selection, itinerary matching, curated shore experiences, hotel and private transfer coordination, and pre- or post-cruise arrangements. Your agreed scope and planning fee are outlined before work begins.
How do planning fees work?
Luxury cruise planning starts at $250 per booking for one sailing and up to two travelers. World cruises and extended voyages of 21 or more days start at $500. Custom land or pre- and post-cruise extensions start at $150 per destination. Air and hotel coordination booked separately starts at $75. Fees are due when planning begins and are non-refundable, whether or not travel is booked. We confirm the scope and applicable fee with you in advance.
Can you help with accessibility and mobility considerations?
Yes. Tell Melody about mobility, accessibility, dietary, or other practical needs early in the planning process. These details help guide ship, accommodation, transfer, and excursion selection. Availability and suitability are confirmed with the relevant providers.
Are cruise inclusions and advisor amenities guaranteed?
Inclusions depend on the cruise line, ship, suite, fare, and sailing. Any available onboard credits or other advisor amenities will be confirmed for your specific booking before you commit.
